The Electronic Screening and Selection (ESS) Solution

Contexxa's breakthrough Web-based InterviewConnect!TM Electronic Screening and Selection (ESS) solution is now available for deployment as an enterprise-enabled application. The InterviewConnect! ESS system enables the hiring authority to conduct electronic interviews with a candidate located virtually anywhere in the world, and view the results across the entire enterprise.


InterviewConnect!TM allows the enterprise to improve both the transactional quality and the cost effectiveness of the candidate screening and selection process.

Ready for Deployment

The InterviewConnect!TM Electronic Screening and Selection solution uses industry-standard, Microsoft® compliant server, middleware, and client technologies. The ESS system architecture has been designed from the "ground up" to facilitate data integration and functional inter-operability with our customer’s existing HR automation systems.

InterviewConnect! is deployed as an enterprise enabled, Web-based software solution that can be accessed and used from anywhere within the organization. The core components of the ESS solution include the following modules:
  • Interview Creation Module
  • Interview Presentation Module
  • Interview Review & Evaluation Module
  • System Administration Module

Customization

Contexxa’s InterviewConnect!TM ESS solution can be fully customized to meet the needs and requirements of the customer. Customization options can include additional features, data integration, and enhanced reporting. In addition, InterviewConnect! can be implemented as a "private label" application and deployed under the customer’s brand.
