Contexxa's exclusive web-based InterviewConnect!TM Electronic Candidate Presentation (ECP) system delivers a breakthrough solution to any organization in the business of presenting and placing candiates. The InterviewConnect! ECP system enables your company to create electronic candidate interviews, complete with full motion streaming video and sound, which showcase the talents and skills of your candidates in the best possible light. The completed "virtual interview" is then uploaded to the Internet, where it can be easily accessed and viewed by any prospective employer.


InterviewConnect!TM allows your organization to electronically present candidates to employers located virtually anywhere in the world.

How It Works

You can use the InterviewConnect! ECP solution to create and present electronic candidate interviews by following these steps:
  • The electronic interview questions are arranged using a simple, Web-based interface
  • The candidate's responses to the interview questions are captured with a WebCam equipped computer
  • The resulting electronic interview is edited to best showcase the candidate talents
  • An Internet link to the completed, edited interview can then be sent to any employer via e-mail
  • The employer clicks on the e-mail link and sees the entire interview played back in the Internet browser
The InterviewConnect! ECP solution uses industry-standard, Microsoft components and Internet technology throughout. This means that any employer using Microsoft Windows® can view the electronic interviews using a standard Web browser.

No Techncial Knowledge Required

The Electronic Candidate Presentation system uses a simple, Web-based "point and click" interface throughout. If you can use a mouse and "surf" the Web, you have all the skills required to use InterviewConnect!

The Interview Creation Module is used to create the electronic interview which is presented to the prospective job candidate. The Interview Creation Module uses a simple, Web-based "point and click" interface to build the electronic interview from a series of text-based and streaming media questions. Once the interview is built and approved, it can be presented, via the Internet, to a candidate located anywhere in the world.

Interviews are built using a simple, Web-based, "point-and-click" interface. Interview questions can be selected from a pre-defined library or created on the spot.

The Interview Review and Referral Module is used to review the results of the interview and send the interview to prospective employers. The recruiter uses the simple, Web-based interface to review and edit the candidate’s interview responses, view the resume, make notes, and/or record an evaluation. When the interview is ready for presentation, the recruiter can use this module to refer the entire interview, including the candidate's responses, to an employer located anywhere in the world.


The edited candiate interview can then be made available for review to an employer located anywhere in the world, using an Internet connection and Web browser.

Your company always has complete control of how and when the candiate interview is presented. This ensures that your candidates are always presented to prospective employers in the best possible light.

Leasing the Service

The InterviewConnect!TM Electronic Candidate Presentation solution is being made available as a leased Internet service. This means that your company pays a monthly fee to access and use the ECP System over your own Internet connection. All technical aspects of the service, including maintaining the ECP web server, are included in the basic lease fee. In most cases, your company's existing computer equipment can be used to create and manage the electronic interviews. Upgraded equipment, if required, can be included as part of the monthly leasing fee.
