No Techncial Knowledge RequiredThe Electronic Candidate Presentation system uses a simple, Web-based "point and click" interface throughout. If you can use a mouse and "surf" the Web, you have all the skills required to use InterviewConnect!The Interview Creation Module is used to create the electronic interview which is presented to the prospective job candidate. The Interview Creation Module uses a simple, Web-based "point and click" interface to build the electronic interview from a series of text-based and streaming media questions. Once the interview is built and approved, it can be presented, via the Internet, to a candidate located anywhere in the world.
Leasing the ServiceThe InterviewConnect!TM Electronic Candidate Presentation solution is being made available as a leased Internet service. This means that your company pays a monthly fee to access and use the ECP System over your own Internet connection. All technical aspects of the service, including maintaining the ECP web server, are included in the basic lease fee. In most cases, your company's existing computer equipment can be used to create and manage the electronic interviews.
