How Perfect Interview Works

The Perfect Interview™ Multi-User software package comes complete with over 1,500 interview questions, answers, and hints, which have all been professionally produced on digital video. After logging on, the user specifies the type and length of interview that he or she wants to practice. Specific question categories can also be selected. The interview begins, and the questions appear on the computer screen in full-motion video and sound. The user must answer on the spot, just like in a real interview.

The included Logitech® digital video webcam automatically records and plays back the user's response, thus providing immediate feedback. This innovative Video Capture feature provides the user with a clear understanding of how he or she might appear to a prospective employer. The recorded responses can be saved on the system for subsequent review and evaluation, and can even be emailed to recruiters or other interested parties.

The Perfect Interview™ Multi-User software package includes a complete set of management features that provide administrators with complete control over everyone using the system. The interviews created while using the system, including the recorded video responses, are saved in a central database and can be accessed across your organization's Local Area Network (LAN).
